IMPORTANT TRACK INFORMATION:
- 6 cars allowed on track at any one time – plus manufacturer demo runs (if applicable)
- 108db Static Limit
- Drive-by Noise Limit 99DB
- Lunch track closure for 1 hour.

Members will queue for track access throughout the day, members with an instructor will be permitted to the front of the queue.

Members are politely asked to limit their time to 20 min sessions to enable less queuing time for all members.
We can not control the weather or the other participants vehicles – any associated track closures are sadly out of our control.
TRACK TUITION:
Instructor slots available – please see separate booking listing on the portal in the merchandise section. Once this is filled another instructor will be booked if there is sufficient demand. TUITION BOOKING.
TIMINGS:
08:00 – Please arrive promptly and sign in on arrival
08:00 – Sound Testing Start
08:30 – Driver Briefing and Grid Shot
08:50 – Sighting Lap
09:00 – Track Open
12:00 – 1 Hour Lunch Closure
13:00 – Track Open
17:00 – Track Closes
DRIVER AND PASSENGER INDEMNITY:
Any person going out on track as passenger or driver must complete their indemnity (to follow in advance) and check in on arrival at Castle Combe otherwise they will not be permitted onto the track. If you fail to do so this may reduce your time on track.
MENU:
Food available to purchase on site.
Morning – Breakfast rolls and hot drinks available. BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!
Lunch – Options available to purchase at the cafe.
Afternoon – Hot Drinks and snacks available to purchase.
NUMBER PLATES:
SCC Number Plate covers will be offered. No other plate covers can be used.

Please note that this is a member only event and not open to the public.
Electric cars are not permitted on track.
All tickets are non refundable and non transferable, we will attempt to resell any unwanted tickets once the event is full.
